• adds the com.adobe.flexbuilder.project.flexbuilder builder
• adds the com.adobe.flexbuilder.project.flexnature nature
• adds the com.adobe.flexbuilder.project.actionscriptnature nature
• creates a .flexProperties file
• creates an .actionScriptProperties file
